Do you accept my insurance?

We accept most insurances, but please call our office at 718-872-7318 to find out if we can service your prescription.

I have No Insurance. Can I purchase medical supplies from you?

Yes.  However for nebulizers we still need a prescription from your doctor.

How quickly will I get my medical supplies?

Our turnover time can be as short as 72 hours for smaller items or items that DO NOT require authorization. However, it depends on how quickly your insurance approves authorization for your medical supplies and whether we have your item(s) in stock or not.

Power Wheelchairs, Manual Wheelchairs, Hospital Beds and other large equipment will require a longer processing time.

How will I know when my authorization has been approved?

Once your authorization has been approved/denied by your insurance provider; one of our representatives will call you to with an update and to also schedule delivery as well as answer any questions you may have.


Your insurance provider will also inform you by mail and/or by phone that you have been approved/denied and provide details of the appeals process.

Do you buy back used medical equipment?

We currently DO NOT buy back used medical equipment and supplies.

What is your exchange policy?

If you are unsatisfied with the quality of any of our medical supplies and equipment; please contact us immediately at 718-872-7318.


We CANNOT exchange used equipment/ supplies or equipment damaged after use.
